We want every business owner to be able to use this site, including with a screen reader, keyboard, magnifier or other assistive technology.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That is our goal, not a certification: no outside body has audited or certified the site.
Before each release, a broad sample of our public pages, including the application forms, is tested automatically at desktop and phone sizes against the WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA rules that automated testing can check, and the site's menus and links are checked for keyboard use.
Automated tests cannot find every problem, so we keep reviewing pages and fixing what we find.
The signed-in customer and partner portals are checked separately. If anything there gets in your way, tell us.
