Full Send Funding ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your data.

If you start an application and do not finish it, we keep what you entered — never your Social Security number or ITIN, EIN, date of birth, home address or bank details — so we can follow up about your request. If you gave us your email address, we may send you up to five automatic emails reminding you to finish each time an application is left unfinished, over about three days and only between 9am and 7pm New York time, and someone on our team may also send you a reminder. Each one carries a link to stop them; using it also cancels the links in those emails that reopen your application. Each reminder carries a private link that brings those answers back into the application form for 7 days. If you apply without sending bank statements with your application, your receipt may include a private link to upload them, and we may send up to five automatic reminders over about three days while none has arrived; each carries a link to stop them. On an application a partner sent us for you, we remind the partner instead. On your own application, someone on our team may also ask you directly for documents it needs, and that link does not stop those requests.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
When you give us your phone number and email address to apply, request a follow-up or become a partner, you agree that we may contact you about that request by phone call, text message and email. Separately, and only if you check the box for it, you agree that we may call and text you — including with an autodialer, a prerecorded or artificial voice, or an AI-generated voice — and email you about funding offers, renewals and related products. That consent is optional and is never a condition of applying or of any purchase.
If you have a customer portal account, you can also turn on text payment reminders and text offer notices in your account settings. Those texts are about your own funding or application, go only to the mobile number in your profile, and are sent only after you switch them on and agree to the terms shown beside the switches. Switching them off, or replying STOP, stops them.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described in this policy and are never shared with any third party.

When an application follows a visit that came from a Google ad, we may also tell Google Ads that the application was later approved or funded. We send only the ad’s click identifier, which of those two stages was reached and when — never your name, contact details, the amount, or any credit information.
The transactional emails we send, such as application receipts and notices about your application or account, may record whether they were opened.
We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. While no system is completely secure, we are committed to protecting the confidentiality and integrity of your information.
We keep application records, uploaded documents and the completed application indefinitely; ask us if you want to know what we hold about you.
When you sign a document in our portal, we record your consent to sign electronically, the name you type, the time of each step, your IP address and device, and a fingerprint of the document, and we keep them with the signed document as the record of your signature. We never store your Social Security number or ITIN from a signing check. A partner who referred or submitted your application never receives your agreement or your signing link.
If you work with us as a partner, we ask for your W-9, a voided check for commission payouts, your signed partner agreement and a copy of the signer’s driver’s license. Once sent, your check and license copies can be opened only by our staff. We keep these documents as business records.
